Orders & shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Production takes 2–7 business days, then shipping varies by destination. Most US orders arrive in 5–14 business days total. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement.
Do you ship to my country?
Probably. We ship to 100+ countries through our fulfillment partner. If your country shows up at checkout, we ship there.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Customs, weather, carrier backlogs, and holidays can extend timelines. If it's been more than 30 business days since dispatch, email us at oga@stuffnigerianslike.com and we'll sort it out.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you email oga@stuffnigerianslike.com within 1 hour, yes. After that, the order has likely entered production.
Returns & sizing
Can I return something I don't like?
Because every piece is made-to-order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong-size orders. We do replace anything that arrives damaged, defective, or wrong. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email oga@stuffnigerianslike.com within 14 days with photos. We'll either send a replacement or refund you.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a size guide — please check it before ordering, especially across genders or if you're between US and UK sizing. We can't exchange for wrong-size orders.
Products & materials
Are your products ethically made?
Our print partners use fabrics from suppliers that follow international labor and environmental standards. Print is done on demand, so we don't overproduce.
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
Screen colors vary, so there can be slight differences between what you see online and what you receive. We try to keep mockups accurate, but if you're worried about a specific shade, email us before ordering.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes. If enough people ask, we restock. Sign up for our email list to be first to know.
