How shipping works

Every order is custom-printed when you place it. That means there's a production time before shipping, and then a shipping time on top of that.

Production time

2–7 business days from order placement to dispatch. Most orders ship within 4 business days. Higher-volume drop weeks may extend this — we'll notify you if it does.

Total estimated delivery time

Production + shipping. So a US standard order is typically 5–14 business days from order to doorstep. International standard orders are typically 8–27 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, carrier delays, and major holidays can extend timelines.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders (outside the United States):

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Some countries (UK, EU) may charge VAT at delivery.
We're not able to mark packages as "gift" or undervalue them. Doing so is illegal.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you enter, exactly as you enter it. We can correct addresses if you email us within 1 hour of placing the order; after that, the order has likely entered production.

If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, you'll need to pay for re-shipment.
