Refund policy

Because every Stuff Nigerians Like product is made-to-order, our return policy is a little different than off-the-shelf retail. Here's how it works.

What we accept returns for

We replace or refund products that arrive:

Damaged (tears, stains, structural defects)
Defective (printing errors, peeling print, misaligned graphics)
Incorrect (wrong size, wrong color, wrong product from what you ordered)

What we don't accept returns for

Buyer's remorse (changed your mind)
Wrong size ordered (please check the size guide before ordering)
Slight color variation from the mockup (screen colors vary)
Normal print variation (placement within 0.5 inch of mockup is normal)

This is standard for made-to-order brands — each piece is printed specifically for you, so we can't restock returns.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email oga@stuffnigerianslike.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we'll either send a replacement (free) or refund the order (to original payment method).

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Banks may take an additional 3–10 business days to show the refund in your account.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:

Check with neighbors and your local post office first.
If still missing after 48 hours, email oga@stuffnigerianslike.com. We'll work with the carrier and either replace the order or refund you.

If tracking shows "in transit" for more than 30 days from the ship date, contact us and we'll resolve it.

Refused or undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address you provided or because you refused delivery, you can choose to:

Pay for re-shipment to a corrected address, OR
Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee

Exchanges

Because items are made-to-order, we don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or product, request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
