These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stuffnigerianslike.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Stuff Nigerians Like is operated by Stuff Nigerians Like LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with mailing address 701 Tillery St, Unit 12-1250, Austin, TX 78702. References to "we", "us", "our" mean this entity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

Products

All products on the Site are made-to-order via our print partners. Slight variations in color, placement, and finish are normal and not considered defects.

Product images are mockups or representative samples. Real products may have minor variations.

Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipping. If a product is significantly mispriced, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order.

Payment is processed via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total including shipping and any applicable taxes.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before fulfillment for any reason, including stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. In that case, you'll be refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, copy, and branding on the Site are the property of Stuff Nigerians Like or used with permission. You may not reproduce, sell, or use them commercially without written permission.

User-generated content (e.g. reviews, photos tagged to the brand): by submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
Resell our products without written permission
Scrape, copy, or replicate Site content

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

This does not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to sue in your home jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
